Terms of service
Last updated: 5 November 2026These terms govern your use of StatWidget — the desktop widget and the web dashboard (the “Service”) provided by individual entrepreneur Bohdan Kirov (Kirov Bohdan Serhiiovych), Kyiv, Ukraine, Unified State Register of Ukraine record No. 2010350000000982306 of 3 March 2026 (“we”). By creating an account you accept them.
Not financial advice
StatWidget is a discipline and journaling tool. It does not give investment, financial or trading advice, does not execute trades and does not connect to broker accounts. Scores, statistics and insights describe your own records; every trading decision and its result are yours. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give a valid email address. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@statwidget.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Plans and payment
Paid plans: Pro — $19 per month or $159 per year, billed in advance and renewed automatically until cancelled; Mentors & schools — on individual terms. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice; a change applies from your next billing period. Refunds are described in the Refund policy. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payments, handles billing questions and returns, and issues your invoices.
Your data
Everything you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law with the Service, attempt to access other people’s data, probe or overload our systems, reverse engineer the software beyond what the law allows, resell the Service or upload content you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts that do.
Software and updates
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the widget and the dashboard while your account is active. We may update the Service, change or remove features; we will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in the dashboard settings. We may end the agreement if you seriously breach these terms; when possible we will warn you first and let you export your data.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes are decided by the courts of Ukraine. If you use the Service as a consumer, this does not take away the protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, including the right to bring a claim there. Before going to court, please write to support@statwidget.com — most issues are solved faster that way.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they apply; if you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
