Last updated: 5 November 2026You can cancel your StatWidget Pro subscription at any time, and your first payment is fully refunded if you ask within 14 days.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time in the dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
Refunds
If StatWidget is not for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan — no questions asked. Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, except where the law requires it.
How to ask
Write to support@statwidget.com from the email of your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; the time it takes depends on your bank.
